PREPARATION FOR MEDITATION

During the weekend we will be looking at all the ways to prepare the body and mind for a meditative experience to take place. This is ideal for those who are wishing to be introduced to the subject and practice of meditation.

The two day workshop is designed to de-stress, relax the body and mind and above all to have the time to go deeper into yourself, to go beyond the body awareness and at the end to have learnt practices that you can integrate into your daily life.

In a society where there is such disproportionate importance placed upon the external, the sensory and material world, meditation is a way to nourish your internal, spiritual roots.

So much progress has been achieved in the development of electronic communication systems, yet most of us have little time to go into deep communication with our selves. The future evolution, and survival of mankind is dependant on the ability to evolve spiritually through meditation and not only mentally.
