Informal Integral Gathering

If you’d like to meet in-person with others who are interested in personal development, well-being and Integral philosophy, then join our informal integral gathering.

Throughout the day, we’ll focus on a variety of themes, including integral philosophy, integrative health, immunology & mycology. Other activities will include dreamwork, shadow work, witness meditation, guided meditation, typology, physical activity developmental work and stages theory & practice. We’ll also leave space for the unexpected to emerge.

To accommodate international participants, the day will be hosted in English.
