In this talk Neema Majmudar will enrich us with the Vedic view on psychology and spirituality. Where modern psychology can give us insights into our (unconscious) behaviour as human beings, spirituality talks about more fundamental questions: who am I besides my body and mind? What is my true essence, my true nature? And does my true nature differ from God’s nature/the nature of Īśvara?

From time immemorial these questions pop up in the human psyche and put spiritual seekers on a path of self-discovery. These questions become even more relevant given the fact that we are facing unique challenges in present times. How we can navigate through all this and how we can live our lives from a vision of oneness is what the spiritual tradition of Advaita Vedanta speaks about.

Neema Majmudar has studied traditional Advaita Vedanta with Swami Dayananda Saraswati who she met in 1986. Since decades she is now passing on what was once taught to her.
