Klank en Stilte
Een meditatief klankschalenconcert met aandacht voor Stilte

Stilte geeft je de ruimte om te voelen wat de klanken met je kunnen doen
Stilte geeft je de ruimte om te ontdekken wat er is en om gewoon te zijn. In alle stilte.
Vanuit de stilte wordt je weer meegenomen door de geluiden van de klankschalen.

Laat je onderdompelen in de resonanties van de klankschalen.
En terwijl de klanken resoneren in je lijf wordt je je ook bewust van de stilte.

Elke klankschaal heeft een eigen karakter, toonzetting en klankkleur.
Bij het bespelen van de schaal ontstaat een langdurige klank, rijk aan tonen met trillingspatronen en specifieke zwevingen.
De klankschalen werken ontspannend.

Elke klankschaalmeditatie is anders en ervaar je op je eigen unieke manier. Je zou kunnen zeggen dat de klanken en stilte je daar brengen, waar je aandacht nodig is.

Tantra Speed Date

This is not the drab traditional speed dating experience you may have had. We will be doing relationship skills games + speed date. You’ll share moments of fun, guided connection with up to 20 dates in a Puja circle.

The exercises are playful (verbal dyads, dance, light partner yoga, improv), and infused with positive relating skills. You’ll walk away not only with matches, but with a refreshing perspective on what relationships can be.

What is Tantra Yoga?

Tantra is thousands of years old (of Hindu and Buddhist tradition) and has become a buzzword, which unfortunately has some misleading definitions. Translated from Sanskrit, it means “weaving,” which means bringing oneness to yourself and consciousness to what you do. The exercises are designed to bring you into a state of being more present when you meet your dates.

What does it look like?

Participants form two circles facing each other. The men form the outside circle and the women form the inside, with each woman facing a man. Each pair then share a meaningful exchange through a directed exercise (a Puja “station”), which can be for a few seconds or a few minutes. Then they put their hands together in Namaste, thank each other and–like a speed date–rotate to the next person. The ceremony ends when everyone has rotated a full circle.

What is a Puja?

A Puja is an intentional ceremony. In Sanskrit it means reverence, honour, an offering. It’s a ritual designed to open our hearts and allow us to see the inner beauty within ourselves and all beings. It invites us into the elegant dance of masculine and feminine in a warm space of oneness and connection.

You will learn how to express and communicate what you need, hold your boundaries, be in touch with your desires and feel confident in connecting with others. If you have been looking for help and have just stumbled across Pina, congratulations, you’re about to be helped! You might be wondering if you should go to her or not, but afterwards you will only ask yourself why you haven’t gone sooner.

At the same time, I think you’re only supposed to find her when you really need her.
She says she’s “a spiritual healer”, and I have asked her why she doesn’t just call herself a healer, because that is what she does. She heals you.

She said that it is because her gift comes from the spirit world, and it’s not really healing that she does. But to me that is what happens. She heals me. Both my soul and my body. But just go with it, and I promise it will be worth your while.Personally, I have chronic pain and the diagnosis fibromyalgia, so I go to her regularly and when I can. The way she removes pain is nothing short of a miracle. In fact, I have experienced some real miracles on her bench. Like when the intense foot pain that I had for 3 years just disappeared into thin air, never to return.

Well, I didn’t just disappear, very strong powers were at work that came and took it away, but I will not tell you about the details. You should go and experience this for yourself. Miracles happen all the time, as Pina says.

Introductie workshop Monroe Sound Science

Misschien ben je bekend met de boeken van Robert Monroe, heb je wel eens van Hemi-Sync gehoord en wil je het nu zelf eens proberen? En ben je geïnteresseerd in meditatie, bewustzijn en het ontdekken van je Totale Zelf?

Tijdens deze workshop wordt veel informatie gegeven over Robert Monroe, het Monroe Instituut en hun audio-begeleidingstechnologie.

Het Monroe Instituut werkt sinds 2021 met de nieuwe term Monroe Sound Science, maar is bekend geworden met de Hemi-Sync technologie.

Er wordt uitgelegd hoe je deze audiotechnologie in je dagelijks leven kunt gebruiken op het gebied van je gezondheid, persoonlijke groei en het bereiken van bewustzijnsverruimende ervaringen.
Je luistert zelf naar een aantal audio tracks tussen de 30-60 minuten lang, zodat je het effect zelf kunt ervaren. Dit doe je met een koptelefoon op, zittend of liggend.

Een bekend verhaal binnen het instituut gaat over een groep boeddhistische monniken die bij het Monroe Instituut op bezoek kwam om de audio technologie te proberen. Nadat zij geluisterd hadden waren ze vol verbazing: “Deze tracks brengen mensen binnen 15 minuten naar een meditatieve staat waar wij jaren voor hebben gemediteerd!”

Storybeing: the Elder in us

Storybeing is an invitation to consider your life as a tapestry of stories. Join us for a half day of inspiration and community as we roll the stone away on deeply affecting folk tale and myth.

Whether listener or teller, we all share in the story. As well as the telling of ancient myth and folk tale, accompanied by music, we’ll host a conversation on themes we’re finding in the telling.

The stories told and conversations around them is all to do with Elderhood – the one we give voice to and the one we give way to. We’ll see how a healthy sense of Elderhood can give us something to aim for as we age, and how it can be as wild and uncontainable as any part of life.

The stories…

An Irish story from a thousand-year-old text with ideas of reincarnation and paganism … an untamed Merlin almost forgotten to modern times…a story by Ovid of the gods love of kindness… an inevitable defeat for Thor and the right question to ask to catch a fish.

In every story is an example of Elderhood – of Elder love and Elder sacrifice. In digesting the stories we’ll ask – where is the Elder in us? What place do we give elders in our life?

During the stories I’ll be accompanied by blessed craft of Gijs Anders van Straalen on percussion. I’ll being the words, he’ll bring the beat. Alycia Lee provides intense welcoming presence to support our listening and digestion. These two bring us in touch with heart and rhythm of the stories. It’s a thrill to tell with and beside them … and indeed it will be a thrill to tell for you.

This is for you if you love a good story. It’s for you if you feel the world either too sugared or too desperate for you to dwell in restfully. It maybe for you if you cherish solitude or sit uneasy with the most accepted prevailing messages of the world. Even the ones that sound good, don’t sound quite right.

It’s also for you if you love life for its unknowability, it’s inability to be cultured or carved in our own image. If you love life for it’s beckoning to kneel and to listen, and for the courage required to live what is found in the listening.

Workshop ‘omgaan met emoties’

In de workshop ‘omgaan met emoties’ maak je kennis met cocounselen.

Cocounselen is een gesprek met jezelf, in een vertrouwelijke sfeer met een sessiemaatje. Je maakt ruimte voor wat er zoal in je omgaat en je sessiemaatje geeft je aandacht. Het kan over alles gaan dat in je opkomt. De vrije aandacht van je sessiemaatje helpt je daarbij; z/hij is aanwezig mèt haar/zijn aandacht en zónder advies, oordeel, in- of afstemming enz.

In de workshop leer je hoe je dat kan doen. Je leert wat het effect is van dubbele aandacht: zowel die van jezelf als die van je sessiemaatje. Tevens leer je als sessiemaatje hoe je degene die iets ‘onderzoekt’ dieper in haar/zijn proces kunt krijgen, oftewel uit de bekende denkkringetjes.

Alles verloopt gelijkwaardig, want na afloop ben jij het sessiemaatje van de ander. Je leert waardevolle vaardigheden, die ook bruikbaar zijn in gewone gesprekken. Bedoeld voor mensen die vollediger willen leven. Die de ‘levendigheid’ in zichzelf ruimte willen geven.

Cocounselen is iets dat je doet, en is niet bedoeld om óver te praten! Kortom, kom en ervaar het.

Over mij:

Ik ben voormalig altvioliste en psycholoog. Echter, de rol van expert en behandelaar ligt mij niet. Ik ben me gaan toeleggen op werken in kleine groepjes vanuit het motto: ‘man is the best medicine for man’. Het cocounsel-gedachtegoed sluit daar precies op aan, vandaar dat ik daar meer bekendheid aan wil geven.
